      I do plan on finishing it but I’m not sure when, but there are many other helpful guides out there now if you want some help!

    • Before you get the caution sign for Day 8 or so, try to select different options. Even though you get hearts for almost everything you say to Yoosung, you still need to select the more ‘correct’ answers, or else you will continue getting that same bad ending.

      Not sure what the bad ending is, since I haven’t done them yet, but that’s all I can say for now :c

  11. I don’t know what happened but I got to the day 9 and did my morning chats (it’s morning in my country). Then I saw MM updated so I updated my game and went back in after that and I wasn’t at day 9 anymore. I was at day 4. Did I get bad ending or did the updated just screw me over ?

      • thanks tessa! that would have been the smart way to handle this issue. unfortunately, i did not take that route, panicked, and went crazy with my hourglasses (which i do NOT recommend doing)! i’m back where i’m at but with a major decrease in hourglasses and tragic loss of phone conversations…btw your english sounds excellent to me!

        I had a littlebit bigger problem. So I was like playing MM in guest, because the game said that until the 7th Oct you can’t register. And than on the 8th Oct I couldn’t register either(in my country), but I said whatever, it’s just a bug, no big deal. BUT! When the game updated the 1.4.8… Baaam! Nothing! I unlocked the deep mode, did Zen’s, Seven’s and Yoosung’s route (and I had all the after endings(and I had just good endings)) And I had 5 episodes from the Secret 1 ending, and I was at day 5 on Jumin’s route. But after the update EVERYTHING disappeared. Right now, I’m playing Zen’s route again, but they said the next update will fix everything! I’m a bit calmer about my problems, but I’m sad because people other than me struggles with this bug/glitch/whatever too! I hope everything will be okay in the 1.4.9. update!

I’m watching the Yoosung visual story mode where V visits him and they argue, but whenever it gets to V hugging Yoosung the dialogue skips right through as if it’s on max speed and then the visual story mode ends, so I don’t get to see the rest of it:( any help?

I’m in Yoosung’s route (Day 9) and I missed a call at 7:13 and I’m scared of calling back because he might not answer and I’ll lose my hourglasses >.< But at the same time and super curious about the content of the call and I wanted to ask you if you knew what the call is about.   23. Excuse me… I had been playing mm for awhile now but I’m still stuck at casual story day 5 when yoosung got kidnapped by saeran, I had been trying from day1 to day5 for three times now and I got some questions.
    1. Is it true u will get a bad ending if u don’t get a certain amount of hearts? (Pretty much why I’m using ur guide )
    2. Is it necessary to participate ALL of the chat rooms just to get a good ending? If not then what is the average of the percentage YOU usually participate in everyday?
    3.Mm on my phone isn’t working properly (it says there’s unstable internet connection when everything else is working fine)and I’m afraid my iPad is gonna have problems saying “it has insufficient storage” when I deleted everything exept for system apps and mm. So can I install it on pc(computer)?

    • 1. in the common route, if you don’t get enough hearts you will get a bad ending!
      2. i don’t think you need to do them ALL. I ended up using a ton of hourglasses so IM not sure what % you should participate in atm sorry TT (if anyone else knows please lmk!!)
      3. IM not entirely sure if someones ripped it to get it on pc (its only available on mobile platforms legally). it might be a bug w the internet connection, if you still keep having it maybe submit the bug to cheritz? otherwise there isn’t much you can do sadly 😦

I personally think that you don’t have to participate in every chat room, I usually don’t do like two or three of them, but if I see that there is an important chat room what I didn’t do I usually spend some hourglasses on it, or maybe when your “man” took part in the chat room, because HEARTS HEARTS HEARTS 😛 I hope that I could help a little bit!

  24. Hi! I just started playing Mystic Messenger last sunday and I’m already in day 8 on Yoosung’s route. Is it possible to know if you will get a bad or a good ending? I’m afraid I might get a bad ending, though I’m quite confident with my answers and choices that I’ve made.

    • everytime there is a “caution” (there will be three during each route) is when it splits and you’ll either continue or get the bad end. for yoosung you’ll want to make sure you say you aren’t rica (which i believe you’ve passed) and usually just being understanding and sincere!

  26. hey i have a question
    i’m on final day and i started the party but my game keeps crashing midway. i got through the guests part and had a few lines with the others but it just crashed without a message or something popping up. and when i loaded the game it took me to the beginning and it crashed again while i skipped through the dialogues. why is this happening? how can i finish the game?

    • If you’re on the iPhone version, there might be a few problems still with the system; Cheritz said to us when the Android users first got the game that if we tapped the screen too quickly or tried to proceed too quickly the game would crash.

      The best thing I can tell you to do is to email Cheritz, because there is no magical way to finish the ending :c

    • its been a while but i thought mayb it would still b useful somehow¿¿ to u or some1 who has the same issue bc i did oh my god i had to reload like 69 times, and i did email them about it but they havent replied… i found tht if u mute it, like get rid of the voice acting alltogether, it doesnt crash, also make sure u have enough battery and storage

    • Haha, good luck! Just keep in mind that although most of his answers will give you hearts from him, sometimes you will need to sacrifice one of his hearts and choose the more logical answer~!

  29. I can’t believe. I’m trying so hard and I got a bad end AGAIN. why does this keep happening….

      • I keep getting the bad end on day 8… …where unknown (or “???”) kidnaps me and Yoosung in the park…
        The options I choose are mainly the ones where I trust V and say I’m different from Rika (although I’m not sure if it matters a lot, since you get hearts on these no matter if you distrust V or not)
        Also I avoid getting hearts with other characters or try to spread them evenly across the characters if there’s no choice.
        Also I just invite anyone to the party I can get without having to stay up til 3 am (lol) although I’m not sure if that can cause a bad end?

    In my opinion you don’t need to worry or rush, just take your time to finish this – the walkthrough will be even better then 🙂
    I’m at day 8 now and think, that I will try to do it alone after this. But once you start to use a guide, it’s hard to get away from it XD

    Also regarding the white hearts you get sometimes… I thought that maybe it means you got a +1 for everyone or every person present in the chatroom? Just a guess. ^^

    I also wouldn’t mind to help you with it, I just need to write it all down…. *searching for pen and paper*

      Aww, thank you for your kind words ; u; Really makes me feel happy haha. I would encourage you to try and play without a guide too as it is more fun that way~ (Just make sure you save if you’re worried about getting bad endings huhu).

      For the white hearts, that’s what I ended up thinking as well, since we know it CAN’T be a secret route for someone else //sobs

      Also, with helping me with the guides… I would advise you to not drag yourself into the depths of hell with me. ;___; I appreciate your kind thoughts, but even just writing down all the options there are is tedious >< Wouldn't want you to waste your time with it ; u; (I do this because I have a lot of time… Well, I choose to have a lot of time //hides) so it's okay! It was very kind of you to offer though 🙂

      • About White Hearts- There are many theories that white hearts mean Unknown, but idk. But that would be awesome, so I’ma just say that! 😊
        Well, maybe we’ll eventually figure out the truth! Til then, I think this theory makes the most sense.

I’m so nervous since I don’t know what to answer from now on. I just finished the Novel of V’s Visit. I was trusting V, I explained I’m not Rika everytime it was possible and yeah. What should I do from now on? Any special tips?:/
